Sony has recently introduced a new line of Walkman MP3 players that the company says will offer “an outstanding sound quality, advanced audio, extreme battery life, and more.” What’s more, the company promises these features for under $ 100.The new Walkman NW-E350 MP3 Players Video Series supports up to 50 hours of audio playback (MP3 at 128 kbps) and 10 hours of video playback supported (WMV 384 kbps). Audio formats supported include MP3, WMA (DRM), AAC (non-DRM) and Linear PCM. The video format compatible WMV (DRM).

The players also feature Sony SenseMe technology to classify the music tracks in a variety of music channels and playlists. If you want to create their own playlists while listening to songs in your library, you can use the Bookmark function.

In order to deliver clear sound, deep without distortion, use the clear line of Sony audio technologies. For easy transfer of files between your PC and MP3 player, units come with content transfer software. It also has a new user interface with features such as album and Scrolling scene that are designed to allow quick navigation and easier content.

The new Sony Walkman E Series will be available next month. A version of 4GB (NWZ-E353 model) will cost about $ 70 and an 8 GB version (NWZ-E354 model) will run about $ 80. Given the large difference in storage for a minimum increase in cost, we must ask why anyone would choose the 4GB model.
